Booking

Your booking is confirmed once you have:

submitted your booking request, received a confirmation from Explore Live, and

completed payment (when requested).

Payment

Payment is made after Explore Live confirms that your requested date and experience are available.

A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation by the Guest

If you need to cancel your booking:

More than 7 days before the experience: Full refund.

Between 2 and 7 days before: 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours before: No refund.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We will always do our best to find a fair solution.

Cancellation by Explore Live

Your safety is our highest priority.

Explore Live may cancel or reschedule an experience due to: severe weather,

unsafe trail conditions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, you may choose between:

a new date, or a full refund.

Weather

Our experiences take place in Norwegian nature, where weather can change quickly.

Most experiences will proceed in normal weather conditions, including light rain. If conditions become unsafe or significantly reduce the quality of the experience, Explore Live will contact you before the activity.

Safety

Guests are responsible for:

wearing suitable clothing and footwear,

informing us of any medical conditions that may affect participation,

following the guide’s safety instructions throughout the experience.

Explore Live reserves the right to end an experience if a participant behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.

Responsibility

Participants join our experiences at their own risk.

Explore Live will take all reasonable measures to provide a safe experience but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or natural hazards.

If You Are Not Satisfied

We want every guest to leave with a positive experience.

If something did not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. We value your feedback and will always do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.
